Yes. Keep your current tool for scheduling and use Karven for your quotes. You can import your items from a spreadsheet.

Why not keep quoting in Word?

Word can't tell you when a customer opens your quote, take a deposit or follow up for you. It is also hard to use on a phone.

What if my customers prefer a PDF to a link?

They get the PDF in the email as well. The link lets them accept and pay the deposit online.

Will my customers see my profit?

No. Your profit is never shown. Choose Full breakdown, Section totals or Total only to decide how much detail they see.

Can I see how I priced a job months later?

Yes. Open the quote and download Your private breakdown (PDF). It is never sent to the customer.

How much are card fees?

Card deposits cost Stripe's fee plus 0.5% to Karven. Customers can also pay by bank transfer or PayID, with no Karven fee.

Will follow-ups annoy my customers?

Follow-ups start on Ask me first. Karven writes them, and nothing is sent until you tap Send.

Can Karven send the follow-ups for me?
